L&M's Bullies English and French Bulldogs This is a binding contract and health guarantee for all English and French bulldogs sold from/ by L&M'S bullies. We ask for $500.00 deposit per puppy. This is nonrefundable!!! Sorry no refunds on deposit. Deposits are partial payments toward the purchase price of your puppy/dog. Once you pay your deposit,if you decide you dont want this puppy for any reason your deposit is nonrefundable. Puppies can only be picked up when weaned and paid in full, Sorry no exceptions!!! Sorry no refunds of any kind what so ever. We accept credit cards, western union, money grams,and U S Postal money orders,and cash only. Puppies are normally ready to leave for their new homes between 6 and 12 weeks of age, depending on the puppy. If you can't have your puppy paid for in that lenght of time, please make arrangements with us about this. Hopefuly we can work something out to help. Give your puppy lots of attention and affection. If you have no experience with these breeds, we urge you to read any articles and information regarding either breed. If your puppy is ready to go to his/her new home then he/she must be paid in full within 5 days unless other arrangements verbably or have been made via written e-mail or U S Postal mail, otherwise we will charge $10.00 per day for boarding your puppy. My youngest puppies stay in the house, so we can play with them regularly and keep a close eye on the puppies. Puppies and dogs play rough sometimes they will get scratches, cuts, and other things that normal puppies/dogs get. They play in dirt, gravel, sand, grass, with other puppies. They love it when you rake up the leaves so they can jump in the pile. They are the same as small children getting cuts, scrapes, bruises. Buyers agree the the seller IS NOT TO BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ACTS OF SAID PUPPIES, REGARDLESS!!! HEALTH GAURANTEE: 1. Seller belives this puppy to be in good health and sound at the time of sale and certifies that the English or French Bulldog described herein has been immunized with his/her first full set of medical inoculations & deworming since birth. 2. For your health guarantee to become effected, all buyers must have their puppy examined within 48 to 72 hours after receiving their puppy. This can only be done by a certificed licensed veterinarian. Failure to do so voids the HEALTH GUARANTEE. If the veterinarian finds that said puppy not to be in good general health as outlined in the guarantee and states so, IN WRITING DETAILING THE FINDINS, including clinic address, phone numbers and license numbers. Buyers must notify the seller immediately, within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. This is so if there is a health problem, we can check the health of other puppies as soon as possible. L&N'S Bullies reserve the right to have the puppy/dog re-examined by our own veterinarian. If the diagnosis is confirmed by our veterinarian, L&M'S bullies will resume the possession, and credit will go to replacement puppy only. 3. All our puppies are veterinarian checked by a certified licensed vet, PRIOR TO BEING SENT to their new homes. 4. We will send with your puppy a health certificate with information detailing the medical treatment your puppy has received to him/her. If health certificate is not on crate go to airline where puppy was received, because health certificate was with puppy at airline when he/she left our care. 5. We do gaurantee your puppy to be free from any significant serouis life-threating (heartmurmurs and cancer) for up to 6 months after birth, to the original purchaser of said puppy (NOT TRANSFERRED). If any such condition is found and proven in writing from a licened veterinarian and substantiated by lab test and/ or x-rays comfirmed by L&M'S Bullies veterinarian, puppy must be returned to us for another repacement puppy, the puppy in question will have to be RETURNED (if there is a problem we can work together) I will not take responsibility for your vet bills, yearly shots, wormer,food orboarding your puppy/dog REGUARDLESS!!! Repacement puppy will need to be agreed upon from the seller to buyer to be of same value. This is to let you know that your puppy possible won't be from the same Sire and Dam unless agreed upon in writing before sale of puppy. L&M'S Bullies must be notified immediately upon onset of a problem with the puppy. NOTE: Minor, breed related, treatable or correctable conditions, any condition that may go away, or a condition which puppy will likely out grow, ARE NOT COVERED. Covered heart murmurs and cancer. Buyers are responsible for ALL VET BILLS incurred with said puppy along with TRANSPORTATION/ SHIPPING COST for its deliivery and return plus shipping on REPACEMENT PUPPY. This puppy must be sent back within 48-72 hours after alerting L&M Bullies unless otherwise agreeded upon. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE EXCUSED. We will provide the original purchaser of said puppy in case of congential health problems or death with a replcement puppy (WHEN ONE IS AVAILABLE) 6. Buyer will accept repacement puppy or forfite/void health gauantee, with no refunds returned. If puppy/dog is deceased puppy/dog will need to be brought to licensed veterinarian for an autopsy. I will need all information,x-rays and/or lab test from the certificed liscensed veterinian,plus photos of said puppy/dog. This is sole responsibility of the buyers to have this done as soon as death of puppy/dog. I do understand if something like this were to happen it will be very hard on the owner of the said puppy/dog, it would be better to let the vet do as much as possible and talk with us and our vet, we will work with your vet in any and all circumstances. 7. ANY AND ALL VETERINARIAN EXPENCES OR ANY OTHER EXPENCES INCURRED BY THE BUYERS FOR ANY REASON (WILL NOT) BE OUR RESPONSIBILITY 8. If there is ever a puppy that needs to be returned to L&M Bullies it must be returned in sound condition other than the specified problems from the licensed veterinarian, which would be the sole reason for returning the puppy. Also this puppy will have to be returned with all paperwork and health records and any other documentation. Termination of GUARANTEE REGUARDLESS, if said puppy has been bred,neutered,spayed or have any signs of abuse whatso ever. also all of the puppies vaccinations, heartworm preventive and deworming records from a liscensed veterinian must be up to date, NO EXCEPTIONS,we do give our own puppy shots here,but we have had years of practice, the new puppy owner may conduct and improper inoculations as to cause serious harm to the puppy/dog, this is why we ask for a licensed vet to perform this duty. Any physical problems with, or could be the result of an injury or stress is not covered under out gaurantee. 9. All puppies/dogs are sold with breeding rights unless otherwise noted L&M Bullies will not guarantee fittnes for breeding duties of or for any puppy/dog for any reason L&M Bullies is not responsible for the performance of the Dam or Sires ability to breed or the other quality of puppies or sizes of the litter. It is the buyers decision to breed and their sole responsibility for any and all expenses incurred from breeding said dog. a. Although a concertrated effort is made by the seller to breed sound,healthy puppies and dogs according to AKC standards. All buyers should understand that due to the nature of this breed, english and french bulldogs are predisposed to certian medical abnormalties such as demodex which is not covered under this contract and that a normal bulldog may have one or two of these conditions during it life time. All buyers are urged to research the breeds and be familiar with all the health issues that could effect their bulldog before entering into this or any other agreement to purchase a bulldog. Also it is very important to have a veterinarian that is knowledgable about the english or french bulldog breed to use as your vet. Buyers also agree to keep all vaccinations and deworming current, including rabies, and to provide regular heartworm preventive as prescribed by your vet. All buyers are expected to provide proper diet and clean water. We strongly advise you to attend a puppy class for obedience training. All dogs should be taught the do's and dont's of being a companion, many dogs are euthanised each year because the owners fail to teach any manners to their puppy/dog. If you are not planning to breed your dogs, you need to spay or neuter your puppy/dog. Everyone is expected to know how and understand the do's and dont's of these breeds. All buyers also understands no cash refunds of any for any reason. Vet bills or any other bills are buyers sole responsibility. THIS IS NOT COVERED Rembursement for any veterinary expenses/ test/x-rays or medications,wormers or vaccinations,or rabi shots. Rembursement for any transportation/ return,or repacement including airfare or transporter fees reguardless. Any injury or illness which could have occured during transport. Any condition which can be cured or corrected such as demodex. Any inheritable trait not affection the puppie/dog health,such as color, ear set, tearing eyes, height, size,or just the way your puppy/dog looks as he/she grow. No one can guarantee what your puppy will look like,these puppies are breed to be show and pet quality,no guarantee, written or implied,is made with reguard to the puppies comfirmation or show performance. All buyers also agrees the seller is not liable for any acts of the puppy/dog. If your dog dosent get along with the other animals in your home. Adult dogs and puppies 6 months of age are all sold AS IS. ANYTHING ADDED OR REMOVED FROM THIS CONTRACT OR GUARANTEE WILL SUPERSEDE THE PREVIOUS ONE REGUARDLESS. Revised 07/03/2007 SHIPPING We will ship puppies/dogs if and when the weather permits. We will be responsible for putting the puppy/dog on the flight, once the airline has your puppy/dog we are no longer responsible. This means the ownership of the puppy/dog passes to you when the puppy/dog is shipped or leaves the care of L&M Bullies. The puppy/dog has been checked by a cetified liscensed veterinian and is leaving healthy with a current cerificate of health as proof. A vet check is required within 48 to 72 hours of you receiving your puppy/dog we must be notified within 48 to 72 hours of any problems at that time, not a week later Report all and any problems to L&M Bullies immediately. If there is a problem with shipping, I will do what i can to help you out, but it is your responsibility to deal with the airlines to resolve any shipping or customs issues for your puppy. All shipping expense are paid by you (the buyer,reguardless). When shipped your puppy/dog will be sent in a airline approved shipping crate. In that crate there will be a towel or some type of blanket for the puppy/dog to lay on. We are select breeders with Eukunba/Iams Co. A shipping kennel and a liscensed veterinarian health certificate for shipping, acclamation certificate form a certified vet. All of these are the papers necessary for your puppy/dog to be shipped and travel across state lines. These papers will be provided to the airlines for the shipping of your puppy/dog. Only major international airports that support live animals shippments are accepted for transportation. We do not ship where originating and connecting airport temperatures exceeds 70 degrees fahrenheit at times of departure, therefore, shipments can only be done early morning and late evening or night when this case applies. During these warm climates we reserver the right to ship at a schedule that permits us to ship the puppy/dog. We also ask once you receive your puppy/dog to let us know, within the next couple hours that the puppy/dog arrived saftely and how it is doing, and what you think of your puppy/dog. NOTES EVERONE SHOULD READ All your health records and paperwork,(AKC papers), will be mailed to the address that the puppy/dog has been shipped to unless, you call within 48 to 72 hours stating the puppy has a health issue and the puppy has to be replaced because of health issues,then you will not receive any (AKC papers). No AKC papers will be received with a puppy that has health issues and has to be replaced. To all buyers,puppy has to be returned to L&M'S Bullies at buyers expenses. The replacement puppy will be shipped to buyers at buyers expense also. Buyers pay all shipping expense reguardless. Replacement puppy will only be shipped after sick puppy is returned to sellers. Replacement puppy will be shipped as soon as soon as we have a puppy of equal value. We do not have puppies 365 days per year, so you may have to wait for your replacement puppy until we get a litter with a puppy of equal value.
